I purchased a ticket but I won't be able to use it: can I request a refund or change the booking?

Is it necessary to book to visit the Treasury?
It is not essential but recommended. By purchasing the ticket online you can skip the line. For all information on tickets, click here.

How long does the visit to the Treasury last?
Listening to the entire audio guide, the tour lasts about 1 hour, but you can decide how much to listen to, and how long your visit will last.
When is it possible to see the ampoules of the Blood?
The ampoules come out 3 times a year for the miracle of liquefaction:
the Saturday preceding the first Sunday in May, September 19th (the ampoules remain on display for a week) and December 16th (the ampoules remain on display for 1 day)
Are animals allowed to enter the Museum?
Yes. The Museum allows access to animals for the entire duration of the tour.
Are the Museum spaces accessible to disabled people with reduced mobility?
Yes, it is possible to access the Chapel of San Gennaro and the Museum. Unfortunately, architectural barriers do not allow access to the Sacristies.
Is it possible to take photos or videos inside the Museum?
Inside the Museum, it is permitted to take photographs or make video recordings exclusively without using the flash.
Is there a shop?
Yes. The shop is located inside the Museum ticket office and inside the Treasury Chapel.
What is meant by family ticket? Mother father and two children?
No, family is understood in a broader sense, including sisters and brothers, uncles and nieces, nephews, etc.
Is there luggage storage at the Museum?
There is no storage but you can ask at the ticket office to leave your luggage that is not too bulky for the duration of your visit.
Is there a closing day?
No, we are open 7 days a week.
Is the time indicated on the ticket flexible?
Yes, the important thing is that you respect the day indicated on the ticket.
